The sites and our products
These are pre-launch websites. Vaultie, Authie, Sophie and NØVA are not yet available, and their descriptions and features are subject to change. Wappie is available as a free, invitation-only pilot with simulated payments; your use of the Wappie console, client and API is governed by the terms you accept in the console. Wappie is an independent project, not affiliated with WhatsApp or Meta. Nothing on these sites is an offer, a binding commitment, or financial, legal, or investment advice.
Intellectual property
The content of these sites, including the name The Happie Co, the product names Wappie, Vaultie, Authie, Sophie, and NØVA, our logos, text, and design, belongs to The Happie Co OÜ or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse it without our prior written permission. The Wappie source code published on GitHub is an exception: it is licensed under the terms stated in the repository.
Acceptable use
Please use the sites lawfully and don’t attempt to disrupt them, gain unauthorised access, or misuse them in any way.
No warranty
The sites are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee that they will be accurate, uninterrupted, or error-free.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, The Happie Co OÜ is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, these sites.
